The first X-Concepts Tech Deck figures were not the smash hit dudes or Skate Crew toys, rather they were the Pee Wee Trickboarders.
These were licensed to PlayMates, who make the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ben 10 toys.
The line had one TV commercial.
When X-Concepts/Tech Deck launched their first Tech Deck Dudes in 2000, they had a hit on their hands. Their in-house lines were able to print money, leaving no reason to continue the Pee Wee figures, which were licensed under PlayMates. So, Pee Wee ended, and in its place, the G1 Tech Deck Dudes, Skate Crew, and the misc. magnetic action figure lines (Downhill, Street Luge, SKUMM) allowed X-Concepts to establish themselves as a figure toy line brand without licensing out to Playmates.

Each of them came with sticker pack and a cut-out bio card:

The line had one larger playset with an exclusive figure named "Big Guy Ray"

They also made a few t-shirts, there may be others I have yet to see:
PlayMates and Tech Deck also teamed up in 1999 to produce a handheld skateboard game. It was developed by Playmates Electronix (which has been defunct since 2000).
You can even see the Pee Wee Trick Boarder packs promoted on the back of the package.
