G3 Zoods (2005-2007) & Zoods Releashed (2008)

Zoods Crew 1- 2005

Note: 4 of these dudes are new dudes: Tre, J-Dub, Rod, and Mikey PLUS Shik and Finger Tut get new G3 Molds, their first appearances since G1 in 2002.
The other 6 dudes are new variants for recycled molds from the Evolution Crew and Blastboards

Each Dude in the Zoods Crew 1 got a second variant in single packs in 2005.

Zoods Crew 1 Two-Packs (2006):

In addition to already having 2-single-pack variants, in 2006 the Zoods Series 1 dudes and their Zoods received an additional 3 variants via 2-packs.

Each pack also came with 4 clash cubes and 2 packs of cards.

Zoods Crew 2-2006

Now there is thankfully only one Zood Crew variant, making collecting easier.

Note: Series 2 was the only series in the line with a blue Zoods board. All others had red boards.
Unlike Z1, all 12 dudes in Z2 are just new color variants of Evolution molds.

Zoods Crew 3- 2006

Taking it back to Zoods Series 1, this line introduced 6 new molds!
Hunter, Hadoo, Feng Long, and Lazlo are new dudes while Slam and Jimmy are new G3 molds for established dudes.

The First 3 Zoods Crews (2005-2006) had box art on the back of every Zood in the crew lined up, they stopped doing this after Crew 3 and didn't do this on those Zoods 2-Packs for Crew 1 above.

Zoods Crew 4- 2007

(Now the series only includes 6 dudes per series, rather than 12)

Bernie and Hadder are new dudes.

Zoods Crew 5- 2007

Series 5 has a different/stickie paint in the line, as a result, pre-owned figures are covered in dirt, marks, and sometimes hair and dust.

Duke and Art get new G3 molds and Campbell is a new dude.

Zoods Crew 6 (2007):

All of these dudes are re-issues from Clash Crew 2, except Bull

Zoods Series 7 (2007): The final traditional Zoods Crew

All six of these dudes are re-issues from Clash Crew 2

Zoods Releashed (2008):

There was only one crew of these giant Zoods.

The Zoods are now gigantic and pull the dudes using a pull system.

Zoods Releashed only lasted one wave, there were no more Zoods releases as the dude toy line was cancelled in early 2009.

HOW TO TELL IF YOUR ZOODS CREW 3 ZOOD IS MAGNETIC!

Original X-Concepts Zoods Crew 3 (2006) has magnetic feet on each Zood and no promo card.

The later manufacturing runs of Zoods Crew 3 has Zoods that no longer have their magnets.
They also come with Spin Master Swype Out promo cards.
I think the choice to remove Zoods magnets may be tied to a fear of choking hazards or children swallowing magnets and being hospitalized.

Dudes in Crews 4,5,6 all come with a SWYPE OUT card as well.
