Roger is a Green Beret dude that never made it beyond G1 (aside from some trading card appearances), which is a shame. Would've been interesting to see him evolve like Tank (from a WWII soldier design to a modern warfare design) or John (From a clothed Rambo jungle soldier to a shirtless Rambo with a bow and arrow, albeit a plunger instead of a quiver).
