Rick is a Scuba dude whose face is never revealed.
He evolves from a regular Scuba (mask and straw) to a deep sea diver (with a full suit and gas tank on his back).
G4 Rick (A reissue of his Zoods/3-pack in G3, but this one has an added detail on his scuba mask.)
This one has an added accessory a spear with Pelennor written on it. Pelennor is likely a reference to Pelennor Fields in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
This would make sense as the wave of packs this reprint came in included
