#000- Ultimate Zero

Ultimate Zero was released as a Con exclusive figure at the end of G3 in 2007.

He is a mashup parody of Marvel's Forbush Man (wearing a colander in place of a pot) & Scholastic's Captain Underpants (wearing tighty whities and wielding a plunger)
He had Spin Master branding on his box since Spin Master bought X-Concepts in late 2006.

Here's a close-up of his G3 packaging:

His Arch-Nemesis is Shadow (#120)

G4 Ultimate Zero (2009)

His G3 version remains a pricier buy ($25-$40 new in box).

Ultimate Zero was re-released as a G4 plug-feet figure in the final street crew in 2009.

This time his plunger does not have a wooden handle and is all red. Additionally, he comes with an extra mailbox accessory (this mailbox mold came in silver, grey, blue, etc. in several G4 single packs)
This single pack was among the final wave that was released in early 2009!

No # - Tag

Tag, the TDD "tagger" (graffiti artist) was never given a number when X-Concepts decided to add a numbering system to the toy line. Interestingly enough, he was never included in any other generation.

Although the reason is unknown, it can be inferred that parents were unhappy about a toy packaged "ages 9 and up" propagating vandalism. Tag comes in 2 G1 variants.

So, Here's Tag: The Banned Dude!

#001 - Billy

Billy...where do we begin? Billy is the original dude seen in many Tech Deck and Tech Deck Dude logos. Not to be confused with Rodney (who is also generic but BALD) Billy is always seen wearing a hat/hood. Billy is the only TDD to have 3 "G1" sculpts, the beginning of a copious collection.

  • "G1" Billy (1) is the dude described above. There are 2 variants, as well as a magnetic reissue.
  • "G1" Billy (2) curiously became a boxer with a hoodie. There are 7 variants.
  • "G1" Billy (3) returns to form with another generic mold, of course, with a backwards hat. There are 4 variants.

G2 Billy:

G2 Billy Version 1 (2003)

This red-cap Billy is included solo with an RC or a reprint of Sumo San from the Downhill set in an RC pack.

G2 Billy Version 2 (2003)

This Construction worker Billy has a helmet magnet, making him the first dude with a third magnet beside the typical two feet magnets. He was included in a reprint of the Daredevil Race Set.

The Boxer Punches Back: Billy Gets Two G3 Sculpts, one of which is familiar to G1 fans.

  • G3 Billy (1): Is reuse of G1 Crew 9 Billy with the hoodie, this time with bendable arms and boxing gloves. This figure was released in 2004 in the Evolution Series 4. Fun Fact: This is the only Tech Deck Dude that came with boxing gloves rather than regular hands!
  • G3 Billy (2): This new mold is a bare-knuckle fighter! This shaved-head Billy prefers to box with nothing but his bandages on. The figure was released in 2005 in Evolution Series 7.

#002 - Lenny

Lenny is a punk rocker characterized by a spiky mohawk and lip piercing. His "G1" form also includes an earring. On top of being ridiculously cool, Lenny is also the "G1" variant leader, as he is represented 10 different ways.

Lenny was released in Crew 1 and became a mainstay in G1.
Original Crew 1 Variant with plug-feet, released in 2000
Like many other Crew 1 & 2 dudes, Crew 1 Lenny's plug-feet variant was re-released in 2001 with magnetic feet when the Magna Series launched!
Crew 1 Variant #1, Lenny's first Magna Series single pack variant (2001).
He also came with every box of Tech Deck footwear in the early 2000's. This variant is by far his MOST common.

Crew 1 single pack variant #3 (2001 or 2002) Slightly redder shoes than the second variant.
This one was re-issued in the "Talk Back" series.
 Crew 1 single pack variant #4 (2001 or 2002)

Lenny's second 3-pack variant (2002)
Came with Shik & Tek
In place of the purple mohawk Lenny above, the same set of 3-packs released some dudes with Hot Feet variants. Some versions of the pack included this cool yellow and orange Lenny instead of the all purple mohawk Lenny. However, the same colored variants of Shik & Tek are still included.

G2 Play-set Lenny:

This first mold was released in the Downhill Dude play-set (2002-2003) alongside a similar helmet and goggle-wearing mold of Sumo San. The two were subbed out in later Downhill Dude sets by Al Pine & Fred.
But, in 2003-04 you could get this Lenny in an RC Pack with Eddie's RC mold.
