#019 - Nick

Nick, is the Tech Deck Dude ninja. Nick is simple in design, with a sash across his body and a sword on his back. A fan favorite, Nick comes in 6 colors.

With that being said, Nick remains one of the only "G1" TDD's that may have another variant that I am yet to accumulate. Even though there is picture evidence of a 7th variant, the white and red mask/shoes nick shown below has never surfaced in any Ebay, Mercari, Kijiji, (etc.) listing.

Now, I know what you are thinking, isn't the picture enough to prove his existence? Like Hot-wheels or any other mass produced toy line, a misprint/error is always possible. If this Nick is indeed an "error," he wouldn't technically be a requirement in fulfilling the "entire collection" quota. It is also possible that he was painted by a third party for fun/to confuse collectors. If he is indeed real, I am prepared to give a $300 reward to anyone who can retrieve me said "Nick." *Scroll to the bottom of the "G1" Nick collection to view.- Wade

G1 Nick

G1 Single Pack Variant (plug-feet) (2000)

G1 Single Pack Magnetic Variant (2001)

JcPenney plug-feet 3-Pack Variant (2001)
Comes with Bruce in red and Sumo San in black/white.

Deluxe Series Crew 3 Nick (2002)

Crew 1 Single Pack Variant #3 (2001)

Final set of 3-Packs variant (2002)

The original black and red Nick was re-released with magnetic feet, in place of the pegs dudes had in Crews 1-3 in 2000.

**If this Nick truly exists, he is the most rare TDD in all of "G1" and perhaps the entire collection.

G2 Nick

Evolution Crew 3 Single Pack Variant #1

Evolution Crew 3 Single Pack Variant #2

2004 Final 3-Pack Variant
Comes with Bruce with brown pants and black nunchucks, black Brad.

Hot Feet Crew 3

G3 Nick

Evolution Crew 3 Variant #4 (released in 2004 when they made new G3 variants of G2 molds)

Bare Knuckle Grind Version (bendy arm version of the G2 single pack Nick)
He came with a G3 version of Brad in the Far East Town game.

G4 Nick

G4 single pack Nick (the last single pack wave with magnetic feet)
But, this Nick has a plug on his back for a display stand.  (2008)

This Nick was re-issued in the Zoods Releashed series

But, this series made the hole in his hand massive to fit the pull string. This means this version can't hold a sword or any accessory. This version also has plug feet, since, by this point in early-to-mid 2008, all of the dudes lost their magnetic feet.

variant from G4 final Toys R Us 6-pack wave (2009)
This variant is a clear parody of Storm Shadow from GI Joe.
This lines up since the live-action GI Joe movie was released in 2009, in which Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes duel.
